DealScopeIQ LLC, operating dealscopeiq.com ("DealScope IQ," "we," "us," or "our"), offers an SMS (text) messaging program. When you provide your mobile number and opt in, you agree to receive text messages related to the property analysis and reports you have requested.

Messages you can expect include property analysis results, report links and updates, responses to inquiries you submit, and account or service notifications related to your use of DealScope IQ.

2. Message Frequency

Messaging is recurring, and message frequency varies based on your activity and the property analyses you request.

3. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. These charges come from your mobile carrier and are your responsibility. Check your mobile plan for details.

4. Opt-Out and Help

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive messages from us. To rejoin, sign up again as you did the first time.
